Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify me as soon as possible. I will be happy to assist.
Faults and damages ~
If on receiving your delivery you find an item is damaged in transit, please notify me within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise I will be unable to issue a refund or replacement goods.
Returns ~
Please ensure you return items in same condition within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds ~
Please note that I am unable to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in the condition in which they were received. General returns are made at the buyer's expense.
